Prayer

"This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.”
1 John 5:14

7 Days of Prayer and Fasting

As we head into the final days before our Weekend Retreat, we want to take the time to humble ourselves before the Lord, prepare our hearts and minds for what He wants to say to us, and ask Him to do something amazing in and through each of us.
For the next 7 days, we'll be engaging in intentional times of prayer, and for those who are able, fasting, too. You might choose to fast from a particular food, or to fast one meal each day, or even to fast from TV or social media to minimize distraction in your life.
Each day we'll meditate upon some key Scriptures and ask the Holy Spirit to do a deep, transformative work in our lives.

How Can We Pray For You?

We believe God’s will for our lives, churches, and communities will only be discerned through the power of prayer.

Is there something in your life that you would like for us to lift up in prayer to the Lord? A burden so heavy on your heart that you cannot carry it alone? A friend or family member that is in need of a Savior? A physical illness needing the touch of the Great Physician?

You can send your prayer requests to our Prayer Team below.

Bless Every Home

Jesus said, "I am the light of the world. Anyone who follows me will never walk in darkness but have the light of life."

Jesus planted you, your family, and our church where we are to help our neighbors discover the light of life. So, we're asking you to consider becoming a Light to your neighbors by living intentional pray-care-share lifestyles.

Becoming a Light is free and confidential - just click the Join button below. You'll receive a map and list of your closest neighbors, along with emails at the frequency of your choice to pray for your next five neighbors that day. When you get a chance, walk or drive by those homes as you pray for them.

Other Prayer Opportunities

God has called His church to be a praying church, and we have multiple opportunities where you can live out that calling.

Weekly Prayer Gathering
Weekly Prayer Gathering

Every Sunday morning at 9:00 in the Sanctuary is our weekly prayer gathering. This time of prayer is focused on 4 key things:
– for the mission and vision God has for our church
– for the worship gathering and those leading
– for salvation of friends and family
– for our community

Weekly Prayer Team Meeting
Weekly Prayer Team Meeting

Our Prayer Team meets every Tuesday morning at 10:00 to lift up the concerns of our church family, our community, and the world. You’re always welcome to come and be a part of this holy time.

Prayer Baskets
Prayer Baskets

The baskets on the altars at the front of the sanctuary are filled with prayer needs for our church and our community. During our worship gatherings, you can take as many as you’d like and pray for them throughout the week.

Altars
Altars

In our worship gatherings each Sunday, our altars are available to you for prayer during the prayer time and after the sermon. Maybe it has to do with the message that day, maybe you just need someone to pray with you or for you, maybe you want to be anointed and need healing. Pastor Brian or a member of our Prayer Team would be honored to kneel with you and join you in prayer.

Prayer Wall
Prayer Wall

This place of prayer will be used for our Sunday morning Prayer Gatherings at 9:00am, as well as our Prayer Team meetings on Tuesday mornings at 10:00am. You are invited to use this space during our Worship Gatherings on Sunday, or any other time you might be in the building.

How does the prayer wall work? Simply write out your prayer concerns on the provided cards and clip them to the prayer wall, knowing that our Prayer Team will join you in lifting that concern up to the Lord in prayer.

Pray for 144
Pray for 144

We are praying and believing that God will bring at least 144 people into a saving relationship with Jesus through the prayers of our people. We encourage you to pray for the people in your life, by name, who don’t know Jesus as Lord and Savior every day. Pick up a reminder bracelet at the resource table at the back of the sanctuary.
